We offer a complete service if the client needs it and will find you all you might need. Apart from the decoration in which we specialize, we will introduce you to venues, caterers, DJs, photographers, florists, buses for transport, classic cars, and many other complementary services that may seem less important but help to complete the perfect package. All the people we work with are professionals in this line of business and know what is expected of them.
Whether we find you the suppliers or if you already have them, our organization includes keeping everybody informed of any and all information that may affect their contribution to the event from the first day of the planning, and the co-ordination between each supplier before and, more importantly, on the actual day. We have qualified people to take care of the set-up and the timing of everything that needs to be overseen so that the event runs smoothly, and we will be present at the venue from beginning to end.
If you only require decoration then we are more than happy to offer you our services, and once the theme and decorations are decided upon, our team starts to put together the ingredients by sourcing and producing in-house all the elements that will be needed to fulfill your requirements. We have a large range of decoration in our showroom warehouse and we also have a well-equipped workshop for making individual pieces which you may want customized. We have accepted many challenges to produce personalized pieces for clients including photo-calls, ceiling decoration and drapes, dinner-table organizers, canopies for altars, dinner-table centerpieces and a variety of multi-purpose props.
In summer, most of the outdoor events here in Mallorca take place from early evening to early morning due to the hot climate, meaning that gardens and patios need extra lighting for larger gatherings. We have accumulated many meters of party lights these last years and can offer various solutions for dimly lit spaces that can be transformed into viable event space with just a couple of K/watts and a nearby plug. It isn’t rocket science. Where more power is needed we contract mobile generators to supply the extra oomph.
For weddings, we organize and decorate the ceremony and have plenty of items you will like in stock, and lots of ideas should you want something different and more personal. We have built arches, gazebos and other back-drops for the altar, and when these are decorated with flowers and or cloths they are quite beautiful and dramatic. Several styles of seating can be arranged and with aisle and chair decoration to match the altar.
